Participate in the Study
Eligible participants fit ALL of the following criteria:
- You gave or received negative performance feedback.
- You would describe the experience as difficult in some way.
- You believe that the outcome of this feedback has been positive.
- You and the other party were established professionals at the time of the events.
Participation will include the following activities:
- One 60-90-minute interview focused on your experience.
- A brief questionnaire for background information
Participation in this study guarantees:
- Voluntary participation and the ability to withdraw at any time.
- Confidentiality with reporting to protect your anonymity.
- A copy of the summary findings.

While the study is designed for in-person interview, web-based and phone interviews are an option.
